  3. for the building up of the body of Christ, 13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, (Numerical Growth = Mission)
  4. to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ (spiritual growth)

• We want to be where people are, preferably in their homes
• Here we recognize people's needs and can respond to them
• We serve one another
• Discipleship is relationship, and relationship takes time
  • Promotes shepherding, pastoral care, sanctification, accountability, correction, care, growth through tasks, equipping for ministry
