Preparation – Host and Venue

The host is the most important team member of the cell group leaders, ensuring that the cell members feel welcome and comfortable.

1. Prayer preparation for the meeting
   1. Spiritual ministry

   • [ ] No distractions, e.g., parallel events
   • [ ] loud music, television
   • [ ] Only usecell phones in relation to the meeting
3. Prepared room
   • [ ] Everything should be ready
   • [ ] You can also offer to come 15 minutes early to help set the table

   • [ ] A music director can also do this
5. Preparation for the meal ( the host does not have to do everything )

   • [ ] Doesn't have to be expensive
   • [ ] Better food can also be coffee and cake or snacks
   • [ ] Not too elaborate, otherwise no one will want to do it

1. Food and fellowship → 45 min.
   1. Relaxation, conversation, getting to know each other
2. Icebreaker & testimonies → 15 min.
   1. Fun questions to set the mood
   2. Deep talk questions, hot seat: What do you do when you feel depressed every morning?
   3. Standards: What did you experience with God this week? / What are you thankful for? / What did we look at last week?
3. Worship & prayer → 15 min.
   1. 2–3 songs
   2. Bring what we may have discussed earlier before God in prayer
   3. Everyone prays for another person
4. Explorer Bible study→ 45 min.
5. Prayer for our friends → 15 min.
