5 Goals of a cell group

Together: Life > Vision > Goals > Covenants = Team
Jesus sent them out as a team on mission. (Luke 10:1)1 After this, the Lord appointed seventy others and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he himself was about to go.
Gifts work as a team 1 Cor. 12:4 4 There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit; 5 there are different kinds of service, but the same Lord; 6 And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. 7 But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.
The eye is for seeing, the ear for hearing, the hand for grasping. The lungs are for breathing, the heart for blood circulation. The organs work together as a team.
Life, direction, and tasks come from the head (Jesus).
The goal of the head and thus for the whole body = (Mt 28:19)19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations ...

When everyone is connected to Jesus and does what he says, a perfectly coordinated team is created.

Create a framework in which the Holy Spirit can reveal himself through his word.
It is not about imparting knowledge, but we want to experience the Holy Spirit speaking into our lives through His Word and telling us what we need to change
The leader himself needs a living relationship with Jesus
