“The harvest is not reaped by small groups but by workers. Churches that have no plan for training leaders will inevitably miss the harvest”

1. How do you train leaders?

The great secret of multiplication is the constant training of good leaders.

(2 Tim 2:2)2 And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses, entrust to faithful people who will be able to teach others as well!

Practice: Train your co-leaders during cell group meetings as well. This will encourage everyone to seek training themselves. (Be careful with criticism in front of others)
