1. How do you train leaders?

The great secret of multiplication is the constant training of good leaders.

(2 Tim 2:2)2 And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses, entrust to faithful people who will be able to teach others as well!

• 3xPlural. Both Paul and Jesus always trained small groups.

Practice: Train your co-leaders during cell group meetings as well. This will encourage everyone to seek training themselves. (Be careful with criticism in front of others)

• Leader training should be an ongoing process 1. in the cell group and 2. at the leaders’ meeting
